We accept all major credit/debit cards along with UPI and Net Banking options. Razorpay is the one of the leading payment processing system that allows you to carry out successful transactions that are completely secure.
You can request minor changes to your order within 3-4 days of placing the order. However, in case you request to major changes such as requesting an alternative product or a substitute, that will depend on the progress of your current order and availability of the new one. Please note that all our products are made to order and are handcrafted, changing or modifying the order can lead to wastage of resources.
Order placed can be cancelled in 3 days from the date of purchase. You need to send us an email at [email protected]
Once the cancellation of order is approved, it could take up to 7 working days for you to receive the refund into the original mode of payment.
Currently, we don’t provide a gift wrapping option.
We deliver products across India.
Generally, products are shipped within 14-20 working days from the date of purchase. Due to pandemic related issues, orders can be delayed for a longer period of time based on Government guidelines at that moment.

Every product is prepared post order confirmation and they are handmade hence any 2 orders can’t be a replica of each other. In case of any slight color difference we don’t provide return. But if the product is damaged that is any stitching defect then we provide replacement or exchange. For which you will need to email us unboxing video and pics of damage and team will help with exchange.
Most of our products are made with 100% cotton. Few of the product varieties are available in Lizza (Georgette) and polyester as well.
